Goodly Reviews is a service of Goodly Growth ("Goodly", "we", "us") that local businesses use to ask their customers for feedback and reviews by text message and email, and to reply to reviews. This policy explains what information passes through the service and how we treat it. It covers the goodlyreviews.com website, the messages sent through the service, and the Goodly Reviews application.
Information we handle
A business using Goodly Reviews ("the business") provides the service with information about its own customers: typically a name, a mobile phone number, an email address, and details of the service performed (such as the date and the technician). The business collects this information itself when a customer books or receives service. We handle it only on the business's behalf and only to deliver the service to that business.
When you open a review link, we record that the link was opened, the site you chose to leave a review on, and any feedback you type into the page. When you reply to a text message, we record the reply so the business can read it and answer. We also receive the public reviews posted on sites such as Google so the business can see and reply to them from one place.
How we use it
- To send the business's review requests and service messages, and to stop sending when you ask us to.
- To show the business who was asked, who responded, and which reviews were posted.
- To keep the service working, secure, and within the rules set by mobile carriers and review sites.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Text messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information is shared with the mobile carriers and messaging providers that deliver the messages, solely to deliver them.

Who we share with
The business you dealt with sees the information it gave us and your responses. Service providers that host our systems, deliver text messages and email, and connect to review sites process information for us under contract and only for that purpose. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Keeping and protecting it
Information is stored on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept for as long as the business uses the service plus a short period for backups and records. Businesses control their customer records and can ask us to delete them.
Your choices
To stop texts, reply STOP. To have your information corrected or deleted, contact the business that asked for your review, or write to us at team@goodlygrowth.com and we will pass the request on and act on our side.
